Purchase of appartments

Most of the appartments are owned by individual owners. The houses were built in 1980 which means that all the houses have their own title No. Thus a deed will be issued for each house.

 

Feriehotel Tranum Klit is very popular – not only for Danes but also for Norwegians and Swedes. We have guests from Germany and the Netherlands as well. As we are situated so close to the West Coast and the sea – only 50 metres – a purchase will be an absolute good and solid investment.

 

The staff of the hotel who are in close co-operation with both Danish and foreign travelling agencies, touroperators and online portals take care of the booking.

 

Maintenance of the property and the daily duties are taken care of by the owner-union and as an owner of an appartment at Tranum Klit you do not have to take care of all the duties yourself. You can enjoy holidays and weekends peacefully and quietly.

 

The appartment is 65 square feet and in two levels. Some appartments have 2 rooms with bunks on the 1^st floor – others have a large bedroom with twin-beds. All appartments have just been renovated, new kitchens, new fronts, roof and terrace, and in-door soft renovation in connection with new mattresses, eiderdowns, pillows and curtains.
